Sign up, choose a partner laundry near you, add the items you want serviced (wash, iron, dry-clean), pick a pickup slot and delivery address, and pay online or on delivery. We pick up your laundry, our partner cleans it, and we deliver it back — usually within 24 to 48 hours.

We currently operate in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. We are expanding to nearby cities soon — sign up to be notified when we launch in your area.

Each partner laundry sets its own rates per service (per piece or per kg). You can see the exact price for each item before placing your order. There are no hidden charges, and pickup & delivery are always free.

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. Express same-day service is available with select partners for an extra fee.

Yes — log in to your account and visit "My Orders" to see real-time status updates from pickup to delivery.

You can pay online with credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking via our secure Razorpay gateway. Cash on delivery is also available.

Our partner laundries are vetted for quality, and every pickup is photographed. In the rare event of damage or loss, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with the partner to resolve it.

Yes, you can cancel any order with status "Pending" or "Confirmed" from your dashboard. Once the laundry has picked up the items, the order can no longer be cancelled.

We periodically run promotional coupons. Apply them at checkout. Subscription plans are coming soon — sign up to be the first to know.

Sign up on /register.php and choose Vendor or Delivery Agent during registration. Our team will review your KYC and approve your account within 24–48 hours.
